I am an Asian Dragon-Turned-Jackalope that works as an emissary of the moon. I stream on Twitch and I love entertaining my mooncakes (You! My beloved community members).I'm a real jack of all trades - I draw, sing, dance, game, shitpost and post shit :) I may not be the best at anything, but at least I can make you smile, and that's all that matters to me. Besides doing everything I just mentioned, I am a DND / TTRPG obsessed person, making characters as well as their corresponding sheets for fun. Above all else, I am an avid fan of pokemon!I aspire to be a comfort VTuber in my VTubing career - to bring smiles to those having it rough or coming back home from a long day of work. I wish to be the Vtuber you watch after a stressful day to get that small moment of relief through entertainment and engagement. As long as I can make you smile, I've done my job well.Besides streaming, I also do illustration / art commissions as well as voice acting commissions! You will be directed to my VGen profile to select a commission type. You will be expected to first read my TOS and understand everything in it. Once again, if you have any questions about my TOS, please ask. Once that is done and you've decided what you'd like, you will fill out the form provided on VGen and check your email to see if I have gotten back to you on your commission! Please be clear when giving details or asking for changes. References, example images, palettes and gallery examples are encouraged. After that, we will discuss your commission further.PAYMENT PROCESS
PayPal is my preferred form of payment as is that payment via VGen. Should you have any issues with PayPal, please let me know and we'll try and figure something out. Payments will only be accepted in USD. While VGen has a tipping function, I also accept small payments / tips through my Ko-Fi!I require full payment upfront, but in cases for commissions costing more than $200 I do offer payment plans.If you would like a payment plan, we can discuss them and find a good medium for both of us. In the case of a payment plan, I will only do the amount of work that fits the amount of money you have already paid. So for example, if you only pay 30% I will do the sketch. When you pay the other amount I will do the rest.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY if I haven't started working on the sketch. Once I start your Commission I can't refund the full amount.Not started: 100% refund
(Clean) sketch: 70% refund + sketch is sentOnce I reach the lineart status there'll be NO REFUNDS.
Please keep in mind that once you cancel a commission your commission slot is permanently lost.CHANGES & REVISIONS
Once the commission is 100% finished, I will not allow revisions. The only time you can ask for major changes is during the sketching phase, and even then I'll only allow for 3 major revisions. After the 3rd major revision, I will start charging for major revisions (15% of the total order per additional revision). The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.I won't redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order.ARTIST
By commissioning me you're purchasing my services as an artist only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but aren't limited to the right to:redistributing, reproducing or using it as a sample for sales / self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.I'll respect your privacy request if you'd prefer me not to post your project publicly. But if this is the case, you'll need to purchase a private commission fee. More info can be found below.I won't claim the intellectual property or reuse / resell your project / design for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason without questions. As well as the right to use rejected sketches for any future projects, be it personal or otherwise.DEADLINE
You may set a deadline if you wish but it must be reasonable. I don't have time to work on your piece 24/7 as I am a streamer, and I have other commissions to work on alongside yours.If you need your finished piece quickly and wish for your commission to be priority, there'll be a fee depending on how fast you want it done.COMMERCIAL COMISSIONS
Commissions such as my VTuber Starter Package and Emotes have commercial fees already included in the price, there is no discussion needed. (Most commissions that include the commercial price have it explicitly stated. All commissions are non-commercial unless otherwise stated)For all other commissions, I charge commercial use based on how it will be used. The tiers of commercial use as well as what they apply to are as follows:Commercial Use A : Promotional material linked to commercial purposes (VTuber logos, emotes, online shops, Twitch panels, YouTube thumbnails, etc...)
Commercial Use B : Merchandise where the art is not the main focus (book cover, game assets, etc...)
Commercial Use C : Merch where the art is the main focus (PNG talksprites, keychains, pillow cover, t-shirt design, VTuber model, etc...)And the prices for the above commercial use tiers will be as follows:
Commercial Use A : x 1.5 of total
Commercial Use B : x 2 of total
Commercial Use C : x 2.5 of totalIf you get a normal commission and later decide you'd like to use it for a commercial purpose it is possible to pay the fee afterwards. Please feel free to message me if that would be the case.PRIVATE COMISSIONS
If you request the commission to be private, an extra fee of 50% will be incurred. This is because I lose out on my chance to display my current skills for potential customersCLIENT
You can display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited, linked back to me and doesn't claim it as your art. Once a piece has been commissioned, you may use it for personal uses including but not limited to:
signatures, icons, avatars, layouts, wallpaper, themes and personal page / site displays.You're free to print out the picture or even make whatever merchandise you want as long as it's for your personal use only and not for sale.
You retain rights to the intellectual property.YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO...
- Change, modify, edit my work without my permission
- Reproduce and sell the artwork without my permission
- Use my art as a base for anything, meaning you're not allowed to trace over my artwork in any way.
- Claim the artwork as your own or anyone else than mineWORK SPEED
I'll try to finish your commission as fast as I can, however be patient with me. The maximum time I need to finish could take up to 3 months, but normally I need around 1-2 weeks to finish a commission piece. (This only applies for when I start your commission!) My "Build-A-VTuber" package is the exception, as it is a really large project.Check my Trello whenever you want for a status update, or DM me for a more personal one.
I tend to work when I feel most motivated so that your commission is done properly and with the best effort.Please do not pester me with updates every day - I understand that you as a client would like frequent updates and you will get updates as soon as there are updates to share.COPYRIGHT
I own the artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with the art, as example post it to other sites such as Twitter, but with proper credit to you!By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above. Here you'll agree to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated and provide all image credits to me.Violaters will be added to my blacklist without any warnings either temporary or permanently.
